1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
(a) These terms of use are entered into by and between you and Militia Protection, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://militiaprotection.com (the “Website”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.
(b) These Terms apply to and govern all content and use of our Website. Our Company provides security consulting services, physical protection systems, and defense-grade solutions tailored for commercial, governmental, and residential environments (“Products” or “Services”).
(c) Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Website.
(d) This Website is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Website, you confirm you meet the age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

14. Miscellaneous
(a) Entire Agreement – These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Militia Protection regarding the Website and supersede all prior agreements.
(b) No Waiver – Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
(c) Severability – If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the rest will remain in effect.
(d) Governing Law – Texas
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
(e) Arbitration – Texas Venue
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted on a confidential basis under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Dallas, Texas, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
- The arbitration shall be presided over by a single arbitrator experienced in commercial disputes.
- A written decision with factual and legal findings shall be issued.
- You and the Company waive any right to a jury trial.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek equitable relief in any Texas state or federal court with jurisdiction.
- This arbitration clause shall survive termination of these Terms.
(f) Class Action Waiver
YOU AND MILITIA PROTECTION AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. NO ARBITRATION SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANOTHER WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF BOTH PARTIES.
(g) Assignment
You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Militia Protection may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.
